At Decorashe, we want shipping to be clear, simple, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains order processing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, address accuracy, and related shipping terms for orders placed on www.decorashe.com.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
· Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is successfully completed.
· We process orders Monday through Friday during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
· Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
· Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Method and Delivery Estimate
We currently offer Standard Shipping for eligible U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery timeline:
· Processing: 1 to 2 business days.
· Shipping transit: 3 to 5 business days.
· Total estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days from successful payment to delivery.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Cost
· Standard shipping is $5.99 for U.S. orders under $70.
· Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $70 or more before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
· Shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
· There are no hidden shipping fees added after checkout.
Important: The shipping cost shown on our website at checkout is the final shipping cost charged for your order. If a promotional free shipping offer is active, the order must meet the stated conditions to qualify.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the delivery location, package size, item type, and service availability, we may ship orders through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted shipping providers.
Tracking Your Order
· Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
· Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
· If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us with your order number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or incorrect customer-provided information, we will review the situation and contact you with available options. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Because we work to process orders quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has entered processing or shipment.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, address verification, high order volume, or other events outside our control may delay delivery. We will assist where reasonably possible if a shipment is delayed.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Wrong Packages
· If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
· If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, contact us so we can review the shipment status with the carrier.
· If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailroom staff, and the carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for confirmed delivered packages that are lost after delivery.
Prices, Taxes, and Currency
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
