We want you to feel confident shopping with Decorashe. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged items, wrong items, and exchanges work for U.S. orders.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Free from stains, odors, scratches, chips, cracks, dents, installation marks, pet hair, smoke exposure, or signs of use.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Returned with all parts, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, protective materials, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as order number or confirmation email.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Approved by our support team before the item is sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless required by law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Final sale, clearance, or marked-down items clearly labeled as final sale.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Gift cards.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Items that have been used, installed, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without required parts or packaging.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Items returned without approval or outside the return window.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, if offered and clearly stated on the product page.
How to Start a Return
1.Β Β Β 1. Email support@decorashe.com within 30 days of delivery.
2.Β Β Β 2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3.Β Β Β 3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending the item back.
4.Β Β Β 4. Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or not refunded.
Return Shipping
For approved eligible returns, Decorashe will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email at no cost to you.
Return labels must be used within the time stated in the return instructions. Items sent using an unapproved shipping method, without tracking, or to an incorrect address may be delayed or refused.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved eligible returns. Restocking fee: $0.00.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or other appropriate resolution based on the situation and item availability.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, color, size, style, or finish, please request a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the preferred item once your return is approved or completed.
Refunds
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after return approval, but your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, or wrong item.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us. If the order has already entered processing or shipment, cancellation may not be possible, and the return process may apply after delivery.
Refund Issues
If your approved refund has not appeared after 10 business days from our refund confirmation, please first contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.
